Journeys basking in Greek light with Giannis Papoutsakis | 09.25.22

A two-hour tribute to Manos Loizos, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of his death, was presented by Giannis Papoutsakis’ broadcasting program ”Journeys basking in Greek light” on Sunday, September 25. The episode featured the most beautiful songs of the prematurely lost creator by the voices of: Stelios Kazantzidis, George Dalaras, Haris Alexiou, Giannis Kalatzis, Vasilis Papakonstantinou, Giannis Poulopoulos, Dimitra Galani, Litsa Diamanti, Dimitris Efstathiou, Aleka Mavili and the composer himself. There were also presented facts about his life, excerpts from his interviews and statements by his partners and friends (Mikis Theodorakis, Dimitris Christodoulou, Manolis Rasoulis, Lefteris Papadopoulos).
