Petros Diplas
Petros Diplas has a Finance degree from the University of Athens and a Global Financial Journalism MA from City University, London. He worked for the Greek Gazette, Investors Chronicle, the Daily Telegraph, and The London Times. In Greece, he was editor and chief editor of Apogevmatini, Vradini, Eleftheros, and Kathimerini newspapers. He has given lectures at the Center for Political Research and Communication of Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. He was the CEO and founder of Polis TV channel (currently known as Channel 9), founder of 'Polis Net’ (the first Network of 15 Regional TV Stations), and general manager of Channel Seven (the latter SKAI channel). In 2002 he was awarded the Botsis Foundation Award. In 2011-2012 he presented the show World Shipping Channel on SBC. He currently hosts the show Our Global Voice on the Voice of Greece, together with Dimitris Kontogiannis.
