Alexis Kostas

Alexis Kostas was born in West Germany in 1972. He studied music with distinguished teachers in Greece, the US, and India, as well as journalism and filmmaking at the Hellenic Cinema and Television School Stavrakos. He has worked as a producer and artistic director for TV and radio music shows at ERT. He is a distinguished percussionist with degrees and extensive experience in several music genres. He has collaborated with eminent artists from the Greek music industry, such as Mario Frangoulis, Stefanos Korkolis, Alkistis Protopsalti, Eleftheria Arvanitaki, Marinella, and others. He has also studied traditional and Latin percussion instruments while attending seminars during his trips to India and the US. He is currently hosting the radio show Voices and Music on the Voice of Greece.
