On Friday, March 22nd at 14.00 Athens time, Gianna Triantafylli hosts Sofia Lignou, President of the Court of Appeal, poet and member of the unique Pan-European Judicial Literary Association “CIRCLE OF GREEK LITERATURE JUDGES” at the studio of Voice of Greece.
Ms Lignou, will report on her poetic journey, but also on her historical poems written in Iambic decapentasyllabic verse with reference to the exit of Missolonghi. As well as in her poems about the Asia Minor Catastrophe.
On March 31st 2024 at the War Museum of Athens, she will present her historical poetic work entitled “I admire our women and in their name make mention” in honor of the known and unknown women who contributed to our National Revolution.
