The show “Time in Greece” and Nikos Angelidis go back in time onJuly 17, 1912, looking for the entire history of the Ikarian Revolution and the creation of the Free State of Ikaria. A state (!) that included Fournos island and was annexed to Greece, on July 7, 1913… The Free State of Ikaria had its own provisional government with the first president being the heroic doctor and leader of the rebellion Ioannis Malachias, its own flag, its own anthem and independent postal service!
