The light-folk song is the most underrated genre of Greek song that has appeared in the last half a century. This is unfair, because the best light-folk songs are as important as the best folk, “art” or pop of the time. Many of the light-folk songs constitute underrated masterpieces or are, in any case, very good songs that one rarely comes across nowadays. Three of the genre’s hidden heroes?
