The bouzouki ensemble “Dromos” appeared in the discography in 2004, with an album of the same name, with covers of old folk songs and instrumentals. This was followed, in 2007, by the second album of “Dromos”, entitled “A song for Kokkinia”, with the live recording of the band’s concert at the Municipal Garden Theater of Kokkinia on September 12, 2006, with twelve rebetiko songs referring to the much-sung neighborhood of Kokkinia. Their third and, unfortunately, last album of Dromos Ensemble was released in 2010 under the title “A journey” with twelve new songs and one instrumental, with music and lyrics by Nikos Argyropoulos. Dromos means road – the road that we walk but also the road as a group of notes used during playing.
