There were once songs written to encourage, to unite, and to remind us that nothing is ever simply given. Songs born of resistance – and although times change, their pulse remains. From the railings of the Polytechnic to today’s everyday “frontlines,” their words feel more relevant than ever.
“Ariadni’s Thread” welcomes singer Natalia Kotsani and accordionist Vaggelis Papageorgiou for a two-hour tribute marking the anniversary of freedom – with songs that have carried the meaning of resistance across generations.
