Illustrating the human body | 14 Mar. 2026, 10:00

The visual art of anatomy stands at a unique crossroads between science and artistic expression.

On the one hand, it reflects the history of science and the quest for knowledge; on the other, the history of humanity itself — its values and the ways in which society came to view the human body as an object of observation, study, and aesthetic representation.

This Saturday, 14 March 2026, at 10:00 Athens time, we explore how anatomical illustrations became mirrors of the eras that produced them.
