On Thursday, 23 April 2026, marking World Book Day, Vassia Tzanakari hosted writer and antiquarian bookseller Nikos Chryssos.
Nikos Chryssos has been awarded the European Union Prize for Literature, as well as the Special State Book Award for Promoting Dialogue on Sensitive Social Issues for his novel “A New Day” (2018). He also serves as Vice President of the International Society of Friends of Nikos Kazantzakis, First Vice President of its Greek branch, and runs an antiquarian bookshop in central Athens.
