Georgia Maniati, Governor of the Seafarers’ Pension Fund (NAT), talks about the 4th NAT Exhibition, her tenure at NAT, and the past, present, and future of the organization. She discusses the efforts made by both herself and the Fund’s staff to implement innovative programs, research initiatives, studies, and projects related to maritime employment, among other activities.
NAT is the oldest social insurance institution in both Greece and Europe. It was established in 1861 following the personal intervention of Queen Amalia.
