Afroditi Palia, Head of the Regulatory Compliance Unit at the Piraeus Port Authority (PPA), takes the helm of “Fair Winds and Following Seas” on Voice of Greece.
She discusses regulatory compliance and the four major distinctions PPA S.A. received at the Compliance Awards 2026 for its practices and initiatives in this field. These honors affirm the company’s continued commitment to integrity, responsible corporate governance, and a strong culture of compliance.
Palia also talks about the 10 scholarships, worth a total of €30,000, that PPA is awarding to first-year university students for the 2026–2027 academic year, continuing its “Kunpeng Scholarship” program for a second year.
She also discusses the Mid-Autumn Festival, one of China’s most important traditional celebrations, also known as the Moon Festival, which was held at PPA during September’s full moon.
