What if the biggest obstacle between you and the life you imagine is simply the decision to begin?
We all have ideas, dreams and promises we make to ourselves. A book we want to write. A change we long to make. A project waiting to come alive.
But why do we so often remain trapped between thinking and doing? What holds us back — fear, perfectionism, procrastination, or the endless search for the perfect moment?
This Sunday, 18 October, at 11:00 (Athens time), Katerina Batzaki on Infinitely Curious, the English-language programme of ERT and the Voice of Greece, explores the fascinating psychology of taking action through four thought-provoking speakers.
Steve Garguilo explains why action is like a muscle — and how we can strengthen it through practice.
Matt McIver challenges us to stop waiting for perfect conditions and discover what happens when we simply begin.
Bosco Anthony explores the difference between being busy and living purposefully, inviting us to turn our personal vision into meaningful action.
Kirsten Rohde, professor of behavioural economics, reveals why our best intentions so often fail — and how we can bridge the gap between planning and doing.
Four voices. Four perspectives. One essential question:
What if the life you’ve been imagining isn’t waiting for the right moment — but for your first step?
Because curiosity opens doors. But action takes us through them.
