Dr. Liza Varvogli on “Remarkable Personalities” | 09 Nov. 2024, 16:00

Are there techniques to eliminate stress in our daily lives and build the confidence we need to ultimately achieve our goals? What are the different types of anger, and how can we manage them? How can we identify toxic behaviors and protect ourselves? Why is it important to say “no” and set boundaries for our happiness? And how can we become better parents?

Psychologist-psychotherapist and author Dr. Liza Varvogli will provide answers to these questions this Saturday, November 9th, on the program “Remarkable Personalities,” hosted by Mina Ralli.

Dr. Liza Varvogli, who works with adults and children in both the United States and Greece, will also explain the concept of mindfulness, taught at Harvard University, and how ancient Greek philosophers show us the path to happiness.

Produced and presented by Mina Ralli
Broadcast: Saturday 09 November 2024, 16:00 Athens time
