On Thursday, 23 April 2026—World Book Day—at 13:00 (Athens time), the program “The Words of Others”, presented by Vasia Tzanakari, welcomes writer and antiquarian bookseller Nikos Chryssos.
Chryssos is the recipient of the European Union Prize for Literature and the Special State Book Award for Promoting Dialogue on Sensitive Social Issues for his novel “New Day” (2018).
He also serves as Vice President of the International Society of Friends of Nikos Kazantzakis, First Vice President of its Greek branch, and runs an antiquarian bookshop in central Athens.
