On Saturday, February 3rd, 2024 we try to understand what is special about aerials (aerial acrobatic gymnastics). Increasing numbers of fitness enthusiasts are choosing aerial yoga, aerial hammock, rope, hoop, straps, pole, trapeze and aerial pilates to exercise.
