Author Dimitris Varvarigos on “Our Town” | 14 Sept. 2024, 12:00

The guest author talks about his studies in screenwriting, theater, literature, and poetry, as well as his distinctive books, including the award-winning work on Hypatia.

In an open conversation with Themis Rodamitis, he discusses the importance of books for children, which he also writes, his favorite authors, the poet Fernando Pessoa, and “woman” as a source of inspiration in his work.

Varvarigos also touches upon his theatrical works, where he connects ancient drama with modern reality, and reads some of his poems and short writings.
