Angeliki Chatzivasileiou joins “Our Town” | 16 Dec. 2024, 19:00

On Monday, December 16th, from 19:00 to 20:00 Athens time, the show “Our Town” will host Angeliki Chatzivasileiou.

The charismatic young performer will share insights into her artistic endeavors, her studies, and collaborations, as well as her admiration for the legends of Greek traditional music (Samios, Aidonidis, Nikos & Yasemi Saragouda).

She will discuss the role of art, her love for theater and radio, the value of storytelling in life, and her thoughts on friendship and love.

Angeliki will also speak about her island, Rhodes, its traditions, and the significance of Asia Minor, Cyprus, and the Aegean in her life. The talented artist will emphasize her dedication to research, knowledge, and the study of traditional culture, along with her efforts to sustain and evolve the path of Greek music and song.

The show will feature traditional and folk songs from her recordings.
