She is the standout athlete of Greece’s national team, having won two medals at the European Artistic Swimming Championships in the junior category.
Ismini Karavasili climbed to third place on the podium in the technical solo event, and also earned a bronze medal as part of the free team routine.
She shared her journey to these two important distinctions — and her impressive total of five European Championship medals, having secured two silver and one bronze last year as a youth competitor — joining her voice with the voices of all Greeks through ERT’s international radio, Voice of Greece, on the program “Athletic Voice”, hosted by Grigoris Nanis.
