Panagiotis Ioannou has amassed an impressive medal collection in windsurfing, having reached the top of the European podium four times and the top of the world podium twice, as well as claiming one silver medal.
His achievements include four gold medals at European Championships, two gold medals at World Championships, and one silver medal.
