From Paris to Athens and into the studio of Voice of Greece came Nikos Graikos on Wednesday, September 24th, on the occasion of the release of his new book “Anastohasmos” (Reflection).
Nikos Graikos is a graduate of the Department of French Studies at the University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in Foreign Language Teaching from the Sorbonne. He has been teaching Greek as a foreign language in the French capital since 1982. In 2020, he published his first book titled “Erotimata” (Questions), and recently his novella “Anastohasmos” was released by Syrtari Publications.
He spoke on the show about his life in France over the past 40 years, his relationship with his students as a teacher of the Greek language, and the ways in which he has promoted modern Greek culture in the French capital. The program also included extensive discussion of his book “Anastohasmos”, along with short excerpts from the novella.
