On Saturday, 06 June 2026, from 12:00 to 13:00 Athens time, Voice of Greece’s program “Our Town” welcomes Tina Psalida—one of Greece’s finest violin soloists, as well as a conductor and singer—for an in-depth conversation with Themis Rodamitis.
The acclaimed musician reflects on her studies and experiences with distinguished teachers in Greece and abroad. She discusses her participation in a wide range of chamber music ensembles and string orchestras, as well as her collaborations with the Third Programme of Hellenic Radio and the Greek National Opera. Special emphasis is placed on her contribution to the development and recognition of the Mykonos Music School, where she serves as a violin teacher and choir conductor.
During the broadcast, Tina Psalida performs live on violin and sings for the listeners of Voice of Greece from Studio B of Hellenic Radio. Joining her are soloists Odysseas Konstantopoulos and Stavros Parginos, performing works by Leonard Cohen, Morrissey, Ennio Morricone, Hans Zimmer, and others.
