With psychologist and child psychologist Angelina Stergiopoulou, we discuss how to return to our daily routines while holding on to some of the calm, freedom, and positive energy of the summer vacation.
We talk about children returning to school, how parents can respond when a child says, “I don’t want to go to school,” and how to prepare first graders for this new beginning so they can approach it with greater confidence and less anxiety.

In the second part of the program, Konstantinos Zervos, a behavioral nutritionist specializing in the psychology of eating, mindful eating, and health promotion, discusses our relationship with food.
The conversation focuses not only on what we eat, but above all on why we eat: the habits we want to change, the role psychology plays in our eating patterns, and how genuine change can begin within us.

A conversation about returning to everyday life, but also about returning to ourselves.
