On Friday, April 26th, 2024, at 22:00 (Athens time), Pantazis Tsaras hosts the trio of the important guitarist and composer Michalis Brouzos in his regular meeting with the Greek Jazz Players (every last Friday of the month ).

Michael Porfiris – cello
Michalis Brouzos – guitar
In this live meeting at Hellenic Radio’s studio B, the trio performs material from their personal work that is reflected in the live album “Mesi Yi”. “Mesi Yi” is essentially the Mediterranean.
Their vehicle is the guitar, a piano and a violoncello. Their guide are aesthetics and light of the wider Mediterranean region.
A mix of sounds, images, colors and scents at the crossroads of civilizations. Compositions that hang between the West and the East, in forms of classical – contemporary music with jazz elements from the wider world and ethnic scene.
