Vasilis Rakopoulos visits “Our Town” | 06 July 2024, 12:00

On Saturday, July 6, “Our Town” will host Vasilis Rakopoulos.
The important composer and guitarist will talk about his many and important collaborations with our leading composers as well as with Greek and international pioneering soloists.

References will be made to his rich work which is an important chapter in Greek music and discography, his special appearances in Greece and abroad.

In a personal conversation with Themis Rodamitis, the guest in the studio will remember unique moments of his life, where in the company of musician friends they improvised, making special music that ranked him as one of the most unpredictable and atmospheric masters of our modern music history. References will be made to issues that preoccupy and inspire the artist creator, his interests, the cities he distinguished and loved.

The show will feature one of the most important musicians living and creating in Greece, Ross Daly.
