Songs inspired by the Sea on “Fair Winds and Following Seas – Saturday Shift” | 16 Mar. 2024, 08:00

After romantic love, the sea is the greatest source of inspiration for the people who live near it, work with it, and work for it, whether they are in ships, boats, shipping offices, shipyards, catering, etc.

There are so many songs and music written about the sea! The sea itself is a melody, sometimes soft and sometimes loud, sometimes sweet and sometimes wild… You can not only see it, but you can hear it and sing it.

This is what we will do on Saturday, March 16th, 2024 on ‘Saturday Shift‘, the weekend special edition of the show “Fair Winds and Following Seas” with Antonis Karagiannakis on Voice of Greece.

So, let’s enjoy some wonderful songs that draw inspiration from the sea and its people, in a 2-hour special radio journey that no one should miss.
