The renowned singer left a powerful mark on Greek popular music. Throughout his long career, he collaborated with outstanding composers such as Kaldaras, Bakalis, Verveniótis, Mitsákis, Chiótis, Tsitsánis, Pitsiládis, and Nikolópoulos, as well as great lyricists like Papagiannopoúlou, Kolokotrónis, Vírvos, and Sofós.

Manolis Angelopoulos earned the admiration of legendary singers of his time, including Stelios Kazantzidis, who considered him exceptional and often enjoyed listening to him.

Joining the discussion in the studio will be his son and singer Stathis Angelopoulos, along with his longtime partner in both life and music, Annoula Vasileiou, who will share special memories of the great performer.

Also featured in the tribute will be researcher Stelios Elliniadis and composer and bouzouki virtuoso Thodoris Kampouridis, who composed many songs for Angelopoulos and shared the stage with him for many years.
