On June 1st, 2016, Release Athens Festival opened its gates for the very first time. Today, it ranks among the most significant summer music events in Greece.

This Saturday, June 7th, at 10:00 a.m. (Athens time), the Festival’s Artistic Director, Thomas Machairas, joins us to share everything that goes on behind the scenes of a major festival — the challenges, the defining moments, the musical choices, and of course, the unforgettable experiences that have shaped its journey.
