On Monday, 02 February 2026, from 22:00 to 23:00 (Athens time), the Voice of Greece program “Our Town” with Themis Rodamitis welcomes the talented composer and pianist Stathis Anninos.
The guest will talk about his experiences at the Alimos Music School, where he took his first steps as a musician, his apprenticeship with major musicians (Farazis, Rakopoulos, Botsis, among others), as well as the valuable seminars he attended with leading music teachers from the Greek and international music scene.
Stathis Anninos will also speak about his collaborations with Savvopoulos, Vitali, Farantouri, Xydakis, Machairitsas, as well as with Lynch, Kiourtzoglou, Kaloudis, Lambrakis, Karipis, among others. He will discuss his important appearances and recordings on ERA’s Third Programme, at the Athens Concert Hall, and at major festivals in Greece and abroad.
He will also present the experiential seminars he created, titled “The Music Within Us.” Finally, there will be a discussion on today’s young musicians, as he himself teaches modern piano and leads free improvisation workshops.
Excerpts from his musical works will be heard during the broadcast.
