Kelly Manoudi, founder of the Greek-German Youth Orchestra, on “Our Town” | 26 Jan. 2026, 22:00

On Monday, 26 January 2026, from 22:00 to 23:00 (Athens time), Voice of Greece program “Our Town” presents the Greek-German Youth Orchestra / Deutsch-Griechisches Jugendorchester (DGjO).

The studio guest is Kelly Manoudi, founder and Executive Director of the Orchestra, who will speak about this important cultural collaboration between Greece and Germany. The initiative’s primary goal is to promote intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding through music, while offering young musicians the opportunity to work together in an international environment.

The discussion will also highlight the Orchestra’s wide range of interactive and artistic exchanges and activities, aimed at advancing cultural diplomacy and bringing Europe’s shared cultural heritage to the fore.

Themes such as memory, coexistence, reconciliation, and collectivity—grounded in open dialogue and trust—will be explored in an insightful conversation with Themis Rodamitis, alongside musical performances by the Greek-German Youth Orchestra.
