Singer- songwriter Stathis Drogosis visits “Our Town” | 25 Jan. 2026

On Sunday, 25 January 2026, from 12:00 to 14:00 (Athens time), Voice of Greece program “Our Town”, with Themis Rodamitis, welcomes composer, singer, and radio producer Stathis Drogosis.

The studio guest will reflect on key milestones of his musical journey, as well as on his important collaborations with major figures of Greek music, including Mikis Theodorakis, Lena Platonos, Dramamine, Konstantinos Beta, Nikos Portokaloglou, and Giorgos Katsaros, as well as the band Ta Fota Pou Svinoun, which marked his starting point.

He will also speak about his artistic influences, including Dionysis Savvopoulos, whom he considers a mentor, and the poets he deeply admires: Nikos Karouzos, Tasos Livaditis, Kostas Karyotakis, Georgios Vizyenos, and Giorgos Markopoulos.

Stathis Drogosis will further address issues that concern him deeply: the role of the citizen, solidarity, social contribution, and generosity, as well as the importance of language, human rights, fear as a tool of manipulation, and his enduring love for the city.

Throughout the program, favorite songs by the acclaimed creator will be featured.
