The magical melodies of Marianna Sangita Angeletaki Roe | 30 Mar. 2026, 22:00

On Monday 30 March 2026, from 22:00 to 23:00 (Athens time), “Our Town” welcomes Marianna Sangita Angeletaki Roe. The talented singer, percussionist and composer of partial Greek origin will speak about her diverse musical activities and present her live album “Spiti – Home,” a project shaped across cultures, languages and landscapes.

Raised between Mykonos, Kautokeino in Lapland, and later Trondheim, Marianna Sangita will reflect on experiencing the contrasts between a sunlit Mediterranean island and a Scandinavian fjord city. Through music, she has created her own sense of “home”—a work that celebrates life, nature, love, friendship and vulnerability, weaving together memories and landscapes where Mediterranean warmth meets Scandinavian vastness through pulsating rhythms and enchanting melodies. Special mention will also be made of the vibrant Greek community in Norway.

Produced and presented by Themis Rodamitis
Broadcast: Monday 30 March 2026, 22:00-23:00 Athens time. Repeat: Tuesday morning, 05:00–06:00
