Traces: Memories from the Future | 11 May 2025, 11:00

What remains after fire and flood? Ashes, yes—but also memory. Silence—but also seeds.

This week, “Infinitely Curious” travels to North Evia, where devastation gave rise to an artistic response full of tenderness and strength. Through the voices of two remarkable women behind the project Artit, we explore how memory can move us—and how art can carry the weight of a wounded Earth.

With us:
Danae Papadimitriou, founder of Artit, on turning grief into creative action
Valia Albani, artistic curator of the Ichni exhibition, on healing through art, film, and community

You’ll hear:
– How the exhibition Ichni walks through grief, hope, and healing
– Stories of resilience told through mapping, film, and water
– Why art may be our final act of resistance—and our first act of care

A broadcast of reflection, regeneration—and sonic landscapes born from the Earth itself.

Tune in this Sunday at 11:00 a.m. on ERT’s Voice of Greece. And stay—infinitely curious.

Sound editing: Nikos Savvorginakis
Produced and presented by Katerina Batzaki
