Alexis Kostas hosts live in the studio of Voice of Greece the well-known actor, tenor and musician Babis Velissarios, in a special episode of the show ”Voices and Music”.
The reason for this meeting is the upcoming appearance of Babis Velissarios at the B & M Theocharakis Foundation for the Fine Arts and Music, on Saturday, February 10th of this year, where he will perform Greek and Italian canzonettas of the interwar period, accompanied by the excellent David Nahmias on the piano. The two will present Greek and Italian songs from 1938 to 1960, at a meeting point of the Neapolitan canzonetta with the Greek song during the interwar period.
