Today’s show first hosted Giorgos Stylios, Deputy Minister of Rural Development and Food and MP of Arta, with an overview of the political news and issues concerning the ministry. Immediately afterwards, journalist Spyros Sourmelidis referred to other political issues, highlighting, in particular, the issue of the upcoming elections and commenting on the current situation. In the second part, author Vivian Avraamidou-Ploumpi spoke about her book, “Of Shame”, which was to be presented in London on Sunday 23rd April, at 18:30-20:00 by the Hellenic Library of London, at the Flocafe Espresso Room. 73 short stories are included in the collection entitled “Of Shame”, all of which are about Famagusta; the city located at the easternmost point of Cyprus, destroyed by the Turkish military invasion of 1974, raped, looted, chained. Next, followed the cultural insert with Nicole Papadopoulou. Ivana Djordjevic reported the international and Balkan news. The episode ended with sports news from the sports editor of ERA Sports, Antigoni Drakatou.
