Today, our track list includes songs about seagulls – these lovely seabirds that have inspired several Greek music artists. Primarily, seagulls symbolise freedom, flight, departure, adventure, unconventional behaviour. Gulls are resourceful, inquisitive and intelligent, demonstrating complex methods of communication and a highly developed social structure. Traditionally, they have been associated with Greece – there is no way you will not come across seagulls travelling next to you while on board a ferry cruising the Aegean Sea.
