The participation of the General Secretariat for Greeks Abroad and Public Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the three-day 12th International Greek Conference, held on November 27, 28 and 29, 2023, at the School of Economics at the National University of Buenos Aires by the Greek Cultural Organization ‘Nostos‘, on Tuesday, November 28, on the “Voice of Greece”, is joined by the Secretary General of Greeks Abroad, Mr. John Chrysoulakis.
Speaking on the show “Greece in the World” and journalist Giorgos Dionysopoulos, Mr. Chrysoulakis, after noting that the conference is under the auspices of the General Secretariat for Greeks Abroad and Public Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stressed that its organization in a distant country such as Argentina attests to the universal character of Hellenism and the Greek value system, while also characterizing the contribution of our Culture to Humanity as invaluable.
Mr. Chrysoulakis also talks about the initiatives of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the support of Greek communities around the world, as well as to the actions already underway or to be undertaken in the coming time period to promote issues related to the Greek language, education, culture, and the strengthening of ties between Greeks abroad and the “motherland”.
