On the occasion of the 26th of November, World Olive Day declared by UNESCO and the International Olive Commission, the guest of the show is Christina Stribakou, a founding member of the World Organization Women in Olive Oil. Mrs. Stribakou organizes experiential seminars for schools, chefs, and visitors to our country, promoting the importance of the Mediterranean diet and consuming olive oil.
