Today, we are celebrating the new year dancing together with the crowds that attend Italy’s biggest live music festival every year. The Notte della Taranta festival is focused on pizzica, a popular variety of tarantella dance, and takes place in various municipalities in the province of Lecce and the Grecìa Salentina. The festival tours around Salento, culminating in a grand finale concert in Melpignano in August.
