A remarkable evening of solidarity, culture, and remembrance will take place on Tuesday, 5 May 2026, at 18:30, at the iconic Pallas Theatre in Athens.
The concert is held under the auspices and in the presence of His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, with the aim of supporting the schools on his native island, Imbros.
The event brings together leading artists as well as musical ensembles, including the Municipal Philharmonic of Amfilochia. Its conductor, Giorgos Tsogkas, spoke to Voice of Greece on the program “Greece in the World”, presented by Giorgos Dionysopoulos.
