This week, we have been honouring five distinct individuals who, for different reasons, have left a profound mark on my personal mythology and who were born or passed away on one of this week’s days. Today, we will be remembering a superbly sensitive and expressive composer who passed away exactly 43 years ago, on September 17, 1982. Our destination: Electronic covers of Manos Loizos’ songs. The songs of today’s track list are found in the 2022 album “Manos Loizos – Meta” and are performed by the crème-de-la-crème of the contemporary Greek electronic scene, from Nalyssa Green to Katerine Duska and from Dramamini to Joanna Drigo and Matina Sous Peau.
