The episode is dedicated to Eleni Karaindrou, the composer who, in 1972 during her stay in Paris, met Manos Hadjidakis. After listening to her work Megali Agrypnia (The Great Vigil), he remarked that it was the best record he had heard in the past ten years. Karaindrou soon turned decisively toward film music, especially after 1982, when she met Theo Angelopoulos, who invited her to collaborate.
