ΚΑΡΒΟΥΝΟ ΓΙΑ SANTOS/RIO (Παλιές υπέροχες θύμησες)   Ήταν αρχές Γενάρη του 1968 και κατεβαίναμε γιά Βραζιλία!! Το Λιμπερτάκι του Νίκου Κονιαλίδη , το “s/s ALBADORO” κατηφόριζε περήφανο τον Ατλαντικό . Έσκιζε τα καταγάλανα νερά , λες και έπαιζε μαζί τους . Η ταχύτητα τότε , σχεδόν 10 κόμβων , των πλοίων τύπου “Liberty” μας φαινόταν αφάνταστα μεγάλη!! The following video was sent to the Voice of Greece by Captain Giannis Kougioumtzoglou. It was taken on M/V MONTECRISTO in January 2021 in the North Aegean, with south winds at 8 Beaufort. The 170.00 ton ship was carrying iron ore and was coming from the port of Yuzny in Ukraine. His destination was China’s Qingdao via the Suez Canal.
