Nikolas Strangas has worked in well-known restaurants that have joined the famous Michelin guide. It has also been awarded by the Danish Culinary Academy for “Best Sweet of the Year”.
He has been participating in the morning show on Danish television for 10 years, presenting his sweet creations to the viewers.
He also owned one of the best-known pastry shops in Copenhagen, as well as two restaurants where he offers his own version of the Greek souvlaki to the Danes.
