Dimitra Theodoridou Lundsgaard was the guest on this episode of the show “Greeks of the World”.
Ms. Lundsgaard was born in 1970 in Athens, in the suburb of Agia Varvara.
She studied social work. From 1994-1996, she worked at the Psychiatric Hospital / Asylum of Leros, in a European program for de-asylumization.
In 1996, she immigrated to Denmark where she worked for several years as a social worker in a structure for people with special needs. Alongside her work, she studied Leadership at UCC (Univercity College Copenhagen), as well as narrative therapy at DISPUK.
For the last 11 years, she has been working as a manager in municipal structures for people with special needs.
