Captain Makis Angelidis speaks on “FAIR WINDS AND FOLLOWING SEAS” and VOICE OF GREECE about the years he spent at sea and aboard ships. He recounts seafaring stories, sharing feelings and experiences about his life and career in the Greek Merchant Marine, since 1964 when he first boarded the Atlantic King in Suez, a ship bound for the Persian Gulf. He became acquainted with a great many places, traditions and cultures, however it was Japan that won him over.
