The Secretary General for Island Policy at the Ministry of Shipping, Manolis Koutoulakis, speaks on “Fair Winds and Following Seas” and Voice of Greece.

At the 2nd Chios International Shipping Summit, he addressed the theme “Sustainability and Coastal Shipping: Challenges and Opportunities for Island Regions.”
In his talk, he referred to key issues such as ferry services, fleet renewal, funding mechanisms, port infrastructure, EU resource allocation, the green transition, and more.
