On Sunday, March 31st, the show “Greeks Around the world – Greece in the United Kingdom” with Eliana Nunes hosted the Hellenist Gonda Van Steen.
Gonda Van Steen is Professor of Modern Greek and Byzantine History, Language and Literature and holder of the Koraes Chair at King’s College London, where she is also Director of the Centre for Hellenic Studies.
The Hellenistic professor, who was born in the Flemish region of Belgium, talked to Eliana Nunes about her cordial relationship with Greece and her two most recent scientific books dealing with Greece during the Civil War and Greece during the Cold War.
