Themis Angelopoulos on Saturday Shift | 06 Apr. 2024, 08:00

On Saturday, April 6th, 2024, Themis Angelopoulos is our guest on “Voice of Greece” and the show “Fair Winds and Following Seas – Weekend Shift”. The renowned writer and actor talks about piracy on ships in the Red Sea and Indian Ocean region but also about his book entitled “Red Leaflet”, which recounts his passage from ships.

Themis Angelopoulos describes, in his own special way, the period he served – worked on ships as a security mercenary and reads us excerpts from the book with his experiences, thoughts, everyday life and feelings.

Themis Angelopoulos, who lives in his beloved Patras, confides to us: “If I started my professional career now, I would like to go on ships, travel and captain, because I love the life of the sea and the sailor.”
