The beloved troubadour refers to the reasons and inspirations of his creation, the myths of Crete, the people of his village but also to those he considers wise in life.

The show refers to his great love for painting, his close relationship with Vangelis Papathanasiou, their common interests such as fairy tales, art and philosophy.

Loudovikos ton Anogeion performs his songs live in the studio for the audience of the show, accompanied to the flute by soloist Sofia Mavrogenidou.

Emmanuela Marioula reads poems by Cavafy and Themis Rodamitis reads texts by Loudovikos ton Anogeion entitled “To Pigadi tou Krinou”.

The show makes a special mention of the actor Giannis Fertis who recently passed away.

The show ”Our Town” with Themis Rodamitis attempts to establish a distinct ‘radio society’. A town within a town, occupied by intriguing personalities, cultural spaces and organizations, musicians, and theatrical groups who altogether build new social trails through culture, art, music, and poetry. It might initially sound utopic, but at the end of the day, the show simply aims to slightly enrich our lives and our everyday routine by keeping us good company.
